Shipping Package / Mail Screener

Job Overview:

As a Shipping Package / Mail Screener in an Architecture, Engineering & Design firm, your role revolves around ensuring the smooth and secure handling of incoming and outgoing packages and mail. You will be responsible for inspecting and screening all packages and mail, maintaining accurate records, and distributing the items to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Delivers and/or picks up mail, documents, packages and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing packages and mail, including tracking numbers and recipient information.
• Manage and maintain the screening process, including regular training and updating of procedures.
• Adhere to safety regulations and protocols for handling packages and mail.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $23.70-$27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
