About the Opportunity:

NCCHD is currently seeking a Shop Foreman for our Saskatoon, Saskatchewan location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan work schedules with Service writer and assign duties to maintain shop efficiency and ensure that activities are performed safely and on time.
• Review and oversee operations in shop to ensure quality standards for customers are met.
• Keeping up on all products, vendor updates, warranty policies, and product changes to keep clients and staff up to date as needed.
• Conducting checks of all jobs throughout the day to ensure timely repairs, quality workmanship and cleanliness, report to service writer and/or customers if needed.
• Review open service orders and resolve issues to ensure successful resolution to outstanding issues.
• Be aware of preferred clients. Contact key individuals to ensure they are satisfied.
• Find new opportunities for sales of new and current products with assistance of NCCHD sales rep.
• Provide a safe and healthy workplace.
• Engage with customers, address issues and resolve, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support and lead company activities for staff including: hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating.
• A high school diploma or GED
• Journeyperson mechanic ticket is an asset.
• 3+ years of working experience as a Service Manager or a similar role in similar industry an asset combined with demonstrated exceptional customer service and sales.
• Demonstrate good leadership, problem solving and team building skills.
• Assist mechanics when needed to order parts and complete work orders.
• Oversee and approve all SGI safeties.
• Monthly audits on service trucks.

Salary: $48,553.09-$114,003.57 per year
