Shop Person ( Entry Level Position ) Dawson Creek

Whitetail Energy Services Inc ( A Centurion company ) has serviced the oil and gas industry for over 29 years and is still growing. We are looking to add an Entry Level Position for our Dawson Creek shop.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Contribute to the efficient maintenance of our shop and communications equipment, Including the cleaning and repair of our communications equipment, everything from radios to mobile towers.
• Ensure longevity of tools, equipment and PPE by properly maintaining.
• Assist field technicians in yard and shop when needed.
• Adhere to and participate in all safety protocols.
• Help us grow and maintain relationships with clients
• Safe and efficient operation of our wash bay.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be self-motivated and the ability to work independently as well as with other individuals, groups and other organizations to carry out goals.
• Ability to follow our safety program.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to adjust priorities.
• Must have own vehicle, a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and personal appearance.
• Any experience in computers, networking, electrical knowledge or communications equipment considered an asset.
• Physical fitness (some heavy lifting required).
• Mechanical aptitude and all around knowledge with tools and asset.
• Willingness to be a team member and grow with our company.

Position is Full time. Wages are TBD on experience, Full benefits package after probationary period. References required.
