Short Order Cook

Duties:
- Assist with food preparation
- Cook and assemble dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of ingredients
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality meals
- Take window/phone orders if needed, assist cashier if needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
