```Duties```

- Oversee the daily operations of the Vacation Rental department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase Vacation Rental revenue.

- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for marketing strategies to attract guests and maximize occupancy rates.

- Manage online listings across various platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

- Monitor competitor pricing and adjust rates as needed to remain competitive.

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process for guests.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

- Stay informed about changes in industry regulations and best practices.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of rental records and financial transactions.

- Generate regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics.

- Present findings to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Prepare and manage property budgets, including revenue forecasting and expense tracking.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

- Optimize revenue through strategic pricing, upselling, and promotions.

```Experience```

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

- Previous experience in Vacation Rental management or hospitality management.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Proficiency in property management software and online booking platforms.

- Knowledge of local regulations and licensing requirements.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
