Showroom Assistant

This is a full-time position that focuses on assisting stylists AND closing sales (once the right candidate is fully trained). Weekend work is mandatory.

Full-time: Thursday - Monday

Duties

Showroom Floor Duties

• Greeting & attending customers
• Assisting designers & operations
• Be comfortable suggesting new/different gowns/lenghas
• Assisting clients with wedding gowns (changing in and out of garments & styling)
• Keeping showroom clean & tidy (including changing rooms & bathrooms).
• Attending to displays
• Attending phone calls & scheduling clients for appointments

Operations Duties

• Unboxing incoming shipments
• Moving displays
• Updating apps with vital client/outfit information
• Ironing & steaming outfits
• Prepping client outfit for pick-ups & deliveries.
• Uploading client photos to the app

Additional Langues

• Hindi & Punjabi are required languages since 90% of our clients are South Asian.
