We have an exciting opportunity for a
PT Showroom Associate to join our team at Rogers Sports and Media!
What you will bring...
-Pull merchandise for shows, pre-production photography, web, digital recordings, special events, and video server
-Print and check scripts for upcoming shows
-Inspect, prep, and ensure merchandise meets quality and standards for on-air display.
-Assemble new products
-Consolidate Inventory to accommodate space restrictions
-Pull merchandise for return to vendor claims, RTS, liquidations, and employee sales
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-Collaborating with working partners
 
What you will bring...
-Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, ScriptSure, and Outlook in executing daily showroom tasks
-Able to process and receive new products as on-air show samples following SOPs
-Ensure on-air merchandise are pulled and prepped within the assigned efficiency and quality targets set
-Ensure all products are in worthy condition for on-air and returned to the correct locations after live shows while ensuring control forms are included with complex items
-Ensure Return to vendor claims are pulled and processed within the assigned efficiency and quality targets
-Prepare, and assemble products where needed, and ensure they are on-air-worthy
-Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
-Ensure the Showroom is secured or armed at the end of the midnight shift
-Compliant with all Health & Safety Rules and Regulations
-Ensure our working partners (Merchants, TV Sales & Production, scenic and National Distribution Centre) expectations are always met
-Able to work rotation shifts including weekends
-Provide front desk services for our internal customers and guests
