The Sign N Display Store is a Family owned and operated commercial sign company serving Barrie and area since 2005. We are dedicated to providing our clients with high quality printed and custom fabricated signage, wraps and advertising for their businesses. We strive to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

We are looking for an experienced Sign Maker and Installer or someone who is experienced with hand tools who has initiative, is detail oriented and has the drive to learn. A strong commitment to quality is essential.

Responsibilities

· Production of all types of signs such as building signs, window graphics, wall graphics and vehicle wraps

· Onsite visits to client sites to survey and install signage

· Ensure that the designs meet clients’ specifications, prepare the signs for mounting and manage the placement and installation of the signs

· Work with different internal departments such as Sales and Design to ensure production is to the highest possible standard

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

· Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record is mandatory

· Experience in graphics creation and installation or similar is desirable

· Knowledge of applicable installations methods, materials and safety measures

· Experience in vinyl installation is desirable (3M Expert Skill Level Certification preferred)

· Ability to work at heights

· Mechanically inclined and skilled with hand and power tools

· Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work alone or as part of a team

· Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers

· Diligent attention to detail and attention to safety

· Problem and analytical solving skills

· Ability to work under pressure and multi-task

Schedule

Hours of Operation: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday

· 8 hour shift

· Day shift

· Overtime

Supplemental pay types
