Sign Technician

Sid Sells Signs Inc. is currently seeking a Sign Fabricator/Installer to be a part of our Production Team and to a position within our company. This is a full time permanent position and we are seeking to add to our team for the long term. We are open to part time to see if it is the right fit for everyone. We specialize in large format digital printing, point of purchase displays, signage, decals and lettering. This job requires the successful candidate to efficiently and professionally make, install and repair signs and other materials with professionalism and attention to detail while providing great customer service. The successful candidate is responsible for a variety of duties including (but not limited to) the production, installation or removal of vehicle graphics, site signs, banners, sign faces, channel letters, electrical & non-electrical signs as well as repair signs, and conduct Site Evaluations. Qualifications and Skills: Experience with large format printers and vinyl cutters. Some electrical/ mechanical / construction experience is an asset. Must not be afraid of heights. Ability to work efficiently, individually or within a team, with a strong commitment to quality. Flexibility in schedule to meet customers' needs. Ability to communicate effectively with sales and production teams to ensure that the finished product satisfies the customer. Valid driver’s license required for out of office installations. Criminal Record Check required. Experience or knowledge of the sign industry is an asset. Up to date Fall Arrest, First Aid and Aerial Lift tickets an asset. Benefits are available.
