What You’ll Do
As the Site Logistics Coordinator, you will Provide all administration requirements for site and Transload. A few duties will include Payroll, Purchasing Requirements and Receiving. This person will be the site contact. Other duties will include:
- All administrative / purchasing requirements for the site
- Schedules and arranges for Contractor repairs as needed
- Stores – Receiving / shipping / schedules deliveries
- Stores security – releases material for repairs etc. / administration of SAP notifications
- Co-ordinates off site services / rentals
- Maintains on site contracts, janitorial services / lawn maintenance / snow removal
- Maintains small contractors as per Small Contractor Management Procedure
- Approves contractor time sheets and issues POs to the contractor
- Reconciles GRIR report / budget reports
- Purchase requisitions / Receiving /MIGOs / Work Cycle Items / Closing POs
- Issues Operations work schedule / EDOR sch / arranges for Operator regulatory training
- Submits weekly payroll / tracks absenteeism, updates UBS and PP weekly
- Records / Reconciles vacation and is responsible for vacation postings / approval
- Maintains legal retention files / filing & archiving log sheets / checklists
- Records process data as required (natural gas consumption, feed flow rates, integrators etc.)
- Responsible for IESO outage requests / primary contact for IESO
- Tracks rail cars and receiving of inbound rail cars / releases outbound rail cars
- Issues weekly site inventory report (AN Soln and Prill)
- Primary contact for CN
- Maintains heel report and Transload Month End Reports
- Responsible for invoicing AirGas Transfers and Univar Shipments
- Inventories – Stock Adjustment Requisitions
- Reconciles shot bag inventory
- Submits MMR report to SLC (HSE) / onsite Manpower report / Take 5 reconciliation
What We’re Looking For:
High school graduate or equivalent, with ability to read and comprehend technical data; must have aptitude for mechanical principles and math
Successful completion of training and qualification requirements and satisfactory job performance.
3+ years’ experience in Logistics and/or customer service management.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Applications, SAP experience an asset
Ability to communicate status and issue resolution progress appropriately throughout organization
Communication, teamwork, empowerment, delegation, clarification, information, responsible, strengthening colleague relations
Demonstrated effective communications skills, including the ability to display cross-cultural sensitivity. Persuasive and negotiation skills, performance management and counseling skills.
