DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Site Team Lead at Tino Mechanical, your daily activities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a collaborative crew to achieve exceptional results.
• Collaborating in the hiring process and overseeing personnel, ensuring efficient labor management.
• Managing on-site tools and equipment to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Providing technical assistance and support in plumbing.
• Reviewing and comprehending project drawings, specifications, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnosing and addressing design issues related to plumbing, gas, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Ensuring installations comply with applicable codes and regulations, coordinating inspections as needed.
• Conducting quality control checks on all crew members.
• Maintaining essential documentation for organizational purposes.
• Ensuring compliance with the company's Operational Health and Safety Manual.
• Keeping As-Built drawings up to date for organizational efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING

To Excel in this role, you bring:

• ·Journeyman Plumber with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead small crews and manage projects.
• Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
• Reliability and a strong team-oriented work ethic.
• Solutions-driven problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective team and client engagement.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with Procore, Blue Beam and Trimble is considered a massive bonus.
• Don't worry if you're not familiar; we are more than willing to provide training!

Salary: $110,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Education:
