Position: Sites Trainer

Hours: Monday to Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm EST

Type: Full-Time; Permanent

Location: Remote

Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Work in conjunction with the Customer Service and Sites staff to coordinate and facilitate collection site and client training
  • Ensure services are compliant with all applicable legislation
  • Monitor legislation and facilitate the transfer of best practices and experience across the department
  • Monitor, review and maintain the effectiveness of processes
  • Meet with key representatives of client organizations as required
  • Meet with key representatives of suppliers as required
  • Assist in developing and implementing new service offerings, working in conjunction with appropriate co-workers across the company § Accountable for maintaining and remaining current with all Certification requirements
  • Prepare and deliver drug and alcohol training for contracted collection sites in person and via teleconference
  • Prepare and deliver client training related to reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing in person and via teleconference
  • Responsible for auditing collection sites and their processes pertaining to drug and alcohol collections
  • Responsible for handling sites related requests and processes accurately and efficiently
  • Handle site inquires and complaints as well client/site related issues and training opportunities
  • Liaise with collection sites throughout diplomatically, maintaining a strong, effective relationship
  • Be proficient in the set-up and training of sites
  • Responsible for handling site supply orders, new site set-ups and site cancellations
  • Assist with after-hours questions and troubleshooting situations on a rotational basis
  • Back-up coverage for Collection Sites department when required

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Demonstrate excellent critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities
  • Willing and able to travel as required to meet training needs of Sites and Clients Position
  • Maintain a flexible schedule in order to meet Site and Client training needs and requirements, this may include working various shift times to accommodate training requests.
