Skilled Handyman/woman

We service properties from Georgian Bay to Haliburton and Orillia to Almaguin. Team members come from all areas.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Working in client’s homes or their businesses, you will help us mitigate and restore their property after they have experienced a loss (fire, water, storm, etc) by providing high quality services as follows:

• Drywalling – installing, patching, sanding
• General Carpentry (rough and finish) – removing and installing baseboards, door and trim repairs and caulking
• Painting - interior patching, sanding, painting, touch ups
• Flooring – removing, helping with installation & or repairs
• Assembly – millwork & closets
• Tiling – removing, repairing, replacing, tiling, grouting, sealing
• Other general Interior home repairs

Job Requirements:

· Legally eligible to work in Canada

· Valid and clean driver’s license

· Ability to climb ladders, move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies (up to 50 lbs).

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Demonstrate a professional approach to working with clients.

· Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.

· Good communication ability, well-organized and apt in problem-solving.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $24.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
