• Finishing skills
• Framing & Plumbing knowledge
• Safety mindset
• High attention to detail
• Able to work variable weather conditions/ temperatures
• Able to do physical work
• Must have reliable vehicle
• Must own some required tools
• Communication skills
• Ability to work with others, as well as work efficiently on your own

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
