Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of skilled labor tasks in construction and maintenance projects - Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of various systems and structures - Use power tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area - Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion on time and within budget - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans Qualifications: - Proficient in multiple skilled labor tasks such as plumbing, concrete finishing, tile laying, electrical work, welding, drywall installation, and concrete forming - Experience in construction estimating is a plus - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans - Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Salary: $25.00-$28.83 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
