Reliable Lawn Care is a locally expanding company looking for snow/lawn technicians for 2024. We are a rapidly expanding company looking for full-time laborers to remove snow from sidewalks and driveways using the best equipment that we can find.
Full-time
Pay for the full-time candidates is $17/hour, or $2100/month, whichever is higher each month. We offer raises and benefits after three months with the company.
Hours for Snow Removal are based on the amount of snow we get. So you are on call 7 days a week and work when it snows. This would mean minimal hours some weeks and long difficult hours in other weeks. We are looking for someone who can handle the challenge and ensure we offer superior services to anyone in the industry.
Requirements
Hardworking - sometimes(not always) when it snows heavy we will work up to 16 hours in a day in harsh weather conditions.
Diligent- we do not pay salaries to employees who do not show up for shifts and have a strict no show policy
Good attitude - we want someone with a positive personality
Detail orientated - we need people who want to contribute to high quality work.
Positive Attitude - work can be difficult at times so we are looking for people to create a positive work environment.

Salary: $2,100.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
