Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Account Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Social Media, a deep understanding of various platforms, and a proven track record of creating engaging content and growing online communities. The Social Media Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Social Media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage emerging platforms to enhance brand presence.
  • Content Creation and Curation:
  • Create compelling and visually appealing content for various Social Media platforms.
  • Curate relevant and shareable content to foster community engagement.
  • Community Management:
  • Build and nurture a positive and engaged community across Social Media channels.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze Social Media performance using relevant metrics.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute Social Media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Social Listening:
  • Monitor industry conversations, trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach across all channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Social Media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with paid Social Media advertising is a plus.
  • Experience with Meta business manager.

This position is a part-time position with the opportunity to full time. Hourly wage will be between $25-32 per hour based on experience and capabilities.
