Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in executing our Social Media strategy, enhancing brand awareness, and engaging our online community. The ideal candidate is passionate about Social Media, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept at creating compelling content.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Develop engaging and shareable content for various Social Media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
• Social Media Management:
• Monitor and manage Social Media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Regularly update and maintain the content calendar.
• Audience Engagement:
• Foster and grow our online community by actively engaging with followers and participating in relevant conversations.
• Identify and connect with influencers and partners to expand our Social Media reach.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track key Social Media metrics and provide regular performance reports.
• Utilize analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Campaign Support:
• Assist in the execution of Social Media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Social Media alignment with broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in managing Social Media accounts for brands or organizations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of various Social Media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Basic graphic design skills and proficiency with Social Media tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with Social Media analytics and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate evening or weekend Social Media monitoring when necessary.

Time Commitment:

This is a part-time position with an estimated commitment of 15 hours per week, flexible based on workload and deadlines.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
