We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and motivated Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team providing counselling and programming to our clients.
QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Master’s Degree preferred
- Current registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication, critical thinking, mentoring and coaching skills
- Provide assessments, psychoeducation, crisis intervention and advocacy
- Work collaboratively with other team members to develop and implement comprehensive individualized care plans, programs and quality assurance projects
- Provide evidence-based treatment or best-practice therapies
- Manage and maintain an active caseload as per program requirements and expectations
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care model
- Work closely developing & maintaining relationships with colleagues and community agencies to ensure an integrated service response is accessible to individuals requiring service
- Work with patients developing treatment pathways that best support optimal functioning
- Participate in continuing education as needed in order to meet all certification standards and policies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time
Salary: Up to $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
