SalaryOur Professional Services Team collaborates closely with Coveo clients, ensuring seamless integration and configuration of our highly customizable AI Cloud SaaS solution. This hands-on role involves direct engagement with clients, providing a significant impact throughout the implementation cycle. Beyond UI color coding, you'll be immersed in indexing millions of documents in diverse cloud systems, delivering lightning-fast, contextually relevant search results.
What would your typical day look like:- You start your day off with a team meeting (scrum) to track the progress on the team’s different projects and elevate each other by sharing innovative ideas.
- Following that, you work on an internal tooling project.
- The remainder of the morning, you work on the teams’ backlog of tasks by conducting bug fixes and ongoing projects.
- After lunch, you begin working with our own in-house build libraries (Atomic and Headless) to enhance customer journeys and implement components directly in our clients’ environment.
- Before the day ends, you attend client meetings with your colleagues; you will be able to update them on your progress and help contribute to some future implementations.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:- You are currently studying computer science or software engineering at the Bachelor or Master’s level.
- You have at leastone completed internship in a front end or fullstack role.
- You haveexcellent frontend coding skills, for example with : JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Python, Java.
- You have experience in or are interested in a consultancy role; remember this role will involve client interactions!
- You participated in programming activities or worked on relevant side projects.
- You have a head full of ideas; you are passionate about the tech industry and lead with a proactive mindset.
- You are not afraid to ask questions and you are always willing to learn.
