Responsibilities:
- Install Solar Panels on rooftops or other structures according to project specifications
- Ensure proper placement and alignment of Solar Panels for optimal energy production
- Connect Solar Panels to electrical systems, including inverters and batteries
- Install and connect wiring, conduit, and electrical components for solar power systems
- Test and troubleshoot solar power systems to ensure proper functionality
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Solar Panels and related equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights or with electrical components
Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge: Ability to understand and work with mechanical components of Solar Panel systems
- Low voltage: Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems used in solar installations
maintenance tasks
- Power tools: Proficient use of power tools for installation, assembly, or repair tasks
- Electrical: Understanding of electrical principles and ability to work with electrical components safely
Note: Prior experience in the solar industry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
