Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Solar Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, educating customers about solar energy benefits, and setting proper expectations. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting renewable energy solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and door-to-door canvassing
• Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products/services
• Conduct on-site eligibility checks to ensure customer has all qualifying factors
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers
• Negotiate contracts and book sets to achieve monthly sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve company goals

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for renewable energy
• Knowledge of solar technology and industry trends is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• No experience needed

Salary: $31,589.29-$113,871.40 per year
