Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel valued and attended to throughout their visit.
• Manage spa reservations, including scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and handling cancellations or modifications.
• Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to ensure efficient service delivery and timely appointments.
• Provide detailed information about spa services, packages, and amenities to guests, helping them make informed decisions.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception and guest areas, creating an inviting environment for relaxation.
• Collaborate with the spa management team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in promoting spa offerings, special promotions, and events to drive revenue and attract new clientele.
• Uphold the spa's standards of excellence in service delivery, professionalism, and hospitality at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a guest service or hospitality role, preferably within a spa or wellness environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in spa management software or reservation systems is desirable.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
