JOB SUMMARY:
SaskPower is in the midst of one of the most profound changes in our history. As a member of our centralized Change Management office, you’ll play a key role in helping our business and workforce navigate the energy transition. We aim to be trusted strategic partners, providing expertise in the field of Organizational Change Management for both well-defined and ever-evolving transformational changes. 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•    Lead the design and delivery of strategies and actionable, targeted Change Management plans for corporate strategic initiatives.
•    Collaborate with project and leadership teams, and colleagues in communications, learning, organizational improvement, human resources, IT, stakeholder relations and other partners to integrate and coordinate plans.
•    Support leaders in the practical application of sponsorship and change leadership principles.
•    Provide coaching and consulting support to operational areas in the execution of lower risk change.
•    Build and deliver solutions that grow change competency and capacity in the organization including learning programs and scalable tools, templates and resources.
•    Maintain a portfolio view of change initiatives throughout the organization, and design and execute strategies to reduce the cumulative impact of changes and manage change saturation and fatigue.
•    Support the improvement of delivery services to better meet client needs and improve client experience.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Adult Education, Psychology or other related equivalent AND/OR;
• Certified Change Management Professional, Certified Professional in Human Resources, IABC Accredited Business Communicator or other related Change Management certifications would be considered an asset AND/OR;
• Five (5) years of related experience in Change Management strategies or a related field
• Team player with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships both internal and external to SaskPower
• Results oriented thinker, with the ability to manage and provide advice regarding complex and confidential issues with sensitivity and professionalism
• Excellent analytical, research and problem solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work and manage in a changing environment
• Excellent facilitation, project management and decision making skills
• Ability to foster a culture focused on safety, innovation and teamwork
• Demonstrated skill in SaskPower’s competencies
• Must have a continuing record of professional development 
A suitable combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered
