Spray Foam Technician

Island Basement Systems installs retrofit Spray foam, waterproofing and foundation repair systems to primarily residential buildings. Custom designed solutions for our clients means every day is a little different, and we service the entire Island. This position will service the entire Island, including the gulf and north islands.

Responsibilities:
- Install Spray foam insulation for retrofit of homes

- install spray waterproofing for new construction projects
- manage the Spray foam equipment, supplies, safety program

- maintain the Spray foam rig
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Spray foam installation.

- we will provide the certification for the Elastochem products we spray
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:

• Duncan, BC: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (preferred)
