The Opportunity
“In this role, you will lead Product Management on an innovative stream processing platform that is used to power several important business-business and business-to-consumer applications. You will work with creative and experienced engineers across the globe. You will be responsible for building product roadmaps and establishing collaborations with customers and partners.” – Hiring Manager


What you will contribute

  • Collaborate with VP of Product Management on strategy and roadmap for data protection features.
  • Drive Agile delivery and value creation through platform roadmap execution.
  • Stay updated on market trends for automated and resilient platform deployment.
  • Communicate market-leading deployment approaches to engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist engineering teams in understanding Epics, Stories, and Acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize backlog balancing customer needs and value-added improvements.
  • Lead backlog grooming, release planning, and launch readiness activities.
  • Establish market thought leadership through analysts' reviews and PR.
  • Communicate well-formed development proposals to guide Scrum Teams.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to Engineering Teams while maintaining a strategic focus.


What We’re Seeking

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, preferably in engineering, mathematics, or computer science, along with a certification in applied or practical cryptography.
  • Product Management experience in enterprise platforms, focusing on addressing the requirements for securing data and operations of the offering.
  • Hands-on experience working with enterprise software that are deployed as distributed and resilient platforms.
  • Hands-on understanding of cryptographic measures, vaulting, tokenization and securing data at rest and in motion.
  • Strong experience managing backlogs and product roadmaps defining functional specifications driving the product goals and providing guidance in design discussions.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with global teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about product and business issues while managing difficult tradeoffs with current customers.
