Our Canadian Headquarters is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist to contribute to the development and execution of customer marketing strategy within a select group of distributors with commercial operations in the United States and Canada.We work in a bilingual hybrid work environment with colleagues in Canada and the US. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with cross functional teams to capture key content needs to help achieve objectives across North America - coordinating with the strategic accounts and end-user focused sales teams. Coordinate asset/material development efforts, aligning to ongoing content strategies and corporate priorities.
  • Manage calendar of activities and budget, including end-user content calendar and end-user trade shows.
  • Manage communication vehicles for sales, including monthly newsletter and marketing initiative updates as assigned.
  • Manage the end-to-end content development process for key regional marketing campaigns - including the ability to construct project objectives, develop an activation brief, and deploy across all channels. Facilitate performance measurement in collaboration with marketing analytics lead.
  • Ensure website, email, and all media materials (print or digital) conform to Ansell brand and messaging guidelines. Coordinate with cross-functional regional and global marketing, as well as clinical, sales and product management teams to develop relevant content.
  • Define and maintain efficient structure within existing content management systems to deploy assets with Ansell sellers.
  • Manage content needs that support end-user facing trade shows, including lead management process and lead routing for campaigns with the digital teams.
