The Staff Accountant at CYV is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable processes for the dealership. This includes posting invoices, reconciling, processing and posting receipts, paying vendors, arranging and paying drivers and making bank runs. The Staff Accountant ensures everything gets entered in correctly and paid on time.

The Staff Accountant also looks after processing all car files, vehicle registrations, dealer trades and processing wholesale purchases. They manage other administrative duties such as monitoring the Fedex and Purolator accounts, takes charge of all filing and manages the office supplies for the dealership. The Staff Accountant works very closely with the Assistant Controller to make sure all aspects of the dealership’s accounting are taken care of.

Required Experience

• Education: University Degree or College Diploma
• Experience: 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Other: Valid Drivers License

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
