We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join the 124 on Queen Hotel and Spa Starbucks Team in beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Store Managers run their store as if it belongs to them, from managing daily operations to taking responsibility for financial results. This is not a back-room management position but focuses on the front line connecting with customers and partners. Responsibilities:

· Provide leadership for the Team to ensure a world-class customer experience.

· Be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store including all staffing and scheduling needs.

· Drive sales and profitability targets.

· Manage inventory and stock control for the store.

· Manage deliveries and store food supplies, equipment and utensils in line with procedures.

· Work closely with the Supervisors and Partners to ensure that our customers get great products and friendly service from a motivated Team.

· Manage the Team, ensuring that everyone is aware of their daily duties.

· Assist with new barista training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed. Provide feedback to Store Owner as needed.

· Execute store operations during scheduled shifts. Organize opening and closing duties as assigned.

· Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all Partners during each shift.

· All other duties required to successfully operate the store.

We’d love to hear from people with:

· Minimum 5 years retail/customer service management experience.

· Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

· Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment.

· Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.

· Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.

· Legal documentation establishing your eligibility to be legally employed in Canada.

· Starbucks Experience would be considered a strong asset

· Has proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software

· Supports talent, leads a Team and inspires Shift Supervisors and Partners to achieve results.

· Has the ability to work full time including variable hours, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
