Stone Countertop Lead Installer

Overview:

We are seeking an experiences and skilled Lead Installer to join our team at Canary Custom Surfaces. As the Lean Installer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful installation of high-quality Stone Countertops, meeting both aesthetic and functional standards while representing pour company in a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the entire installation from start to completion.

* Loading and unloading with careful material handling.

* Mounting sinks, silicone beads, caulking, seams and on site fabrication when needed.

* Coordinating with office and managers to schedule appropriately.

Installation Expertise:

* Lead a team to accurately install countertops with precision and finesse.

* Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site challenges to ensure seamless installations.

* Communicate with clients professionally.

Quality Assurance:

* Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring all installation meet company standards and exceed customer expectations.

* Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the installation process.

Team Leadership:

* Train and mentor installation team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.

* Provide guidance on best practices and techniques for Stone Countertop installations.

Client Interaction:

* Communicate professionally with clients during installations, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the finished product.

* Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in Stone Countertop installation.

* Leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team.

* In-depth knowledge of various stone materials and their installation requirements.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to on-site challenges.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Certifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional and relevant certifications a plus.

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.

* Comfortable working in various job site conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
