The Front End Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Front End operations, including sales, customer service, and cashiering. Responsibilities:
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures
- Maintain store organization and cleanliness
- Process customer transactions at checkout
- Provide assistance and guidance to customers
- Coordinate inventory requests and monitor stock levels
- Supervise warehouse team
- Assist in the setup of the new store location
Requirements:
- Knowledge of beauty products preferred
- Proficiency in typing, Microsoft Excel, Word, and POS systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Capable of lifting boxes weighing 30+ lbs
- Experience with cash handling
Location:
- Edmonton, with potential training in Calgary
- Reliable transportation required
