Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives, the Strategic Initiatives Admin Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the success of all Strategic Initiatives within the company by supporting the team with administrative task required
This is a full-time, permanent position.

Strategic Initiatives Administrative Assistant
Role and Responsibilities:
A. STRATEGIC INITIATIVES AND CLIENT SUPPORT
- This individual will become an expert on all digital offerings as an example CareSay™ Suite and Everyone’s a Caregiver® Micro-Webinar System Be able to undertake instructions from the Director of Strategic Initiatives to effectively manage and administer these online platforms.
- Develop and build relationships with clients, prospects and other relationships as required.
- Coordinate with the Director of Strategic Initiatives regarding digital product implementation.
- Assist the Director of Strategic Initiatives with successful client implementation of online platforms.
- Fill in with additional client related duties as needed from the Client Services department.
- Provide back-office support for our Client Services Department
B. WORKBOOK AND POWERPOINT PRODUCTION
- Responsible for production of workbooks on a need’s basis
- Maintain client workbook filing system.
- Responsible for updated and customized PowerPoint presentations corresponding to learning guides and workbooks.
- Maintain proper computer filing system for all PowerPoint presentations.
- Ensuring that speakers receive appropriate workbooks, learning guides and PowerPoint presentations.
C. OTHER ADMINISTRATION
- Provide any assistance to the Director of Strategic Initiatives.
- Mandatory attendance and participation in Meetings and Staff Huddles and assisting on specified committees if required.
- May be required to attend the HealthCare Service Excellence Conference and assist as needed.
- Scheduling and booking calls for team members with busy schedules.
- Working with templates and document creation.
- Transcribing and dictation, data entry as needed.
- Prioritizing a variety of tasks.
- Creating reports using templates.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Completion of post-secondary education is preferred
- Two years’ administrative or office experience is preferred
- Advanced computer and typing skills including advance knowledge in Microsoft products are required.
- Superior customer service skills are necessary
- Strong professional, oral and written English communication skills
- Is detail oriented and be able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines, with minimal supervision
- Sound business judgment, and the ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels are critical skills for this position
- Problem solving and working with teams is required
- Attention to detail is very important
Education & Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to multi-task and be able to prioritize conflicting deadlines.
- Must be able to nurture long term client relationships.
- Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently at a high level.
- Willing to internalize CLS training materials on an as needed basis as well as an understanding of the speaking/training and consulting field.
- Must be tech-savvy and easily learn and adapt to changing technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft including but not limited to, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
- Typing speed 60 w.p.m.
- Possess a PC computer/laptop, (No IT support for Macs) with the opportunity for a company provided PC after 3 months probation.
- If Indeed Assessments not completed, your application will be skipped.
- Mainly Remote Work: Calgary is preferable, but not required.

Salary: From $35,000.00 per year
