SalaryWe are seeking a Project Manager to join our team at our Port Coquitlam office. The successful Project Manager candidate must have at least 5 years of experience working with Structural Steel.

Responsibilities:
- Managing financial aspects of contracts to protect the company’s interest and maintain good relationships with clients
- Develop, recommend, and implement the project plan after being awarded the project
- Ensure that projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule
- Monitor and control progress, costs, and budgets throughout the project
- Review documents, project drawings, contracts and specifications in detail and inform the appropriate team abut potential issues or conflicts
- Identify required and optional changes in project scope, negotiate change orders with the Owner/Sub-Trades
- Participate in Consultant meetings, monitor the process and provide Consultants minutes and distribute reports
- Oversee and direct projects from conception to completion
- Ensure quality construction standard
- Prepare contract and confidently negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
Project Manager Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience with commercial and industrial Structural Steel Projects
- Advanced knowledge of the project management processes
- Proficient using Microsoft Office software and Bluebeam
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
