**Qualifications:**
- University degree or college diploma in marketing/business administration or a related field.
- 2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
- Proven strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Strong data entry and computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel), Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in seeking new opportunities and bring forward an action plan with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented, pleasant personality, strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of the Post-Secondary education and Career College system, and an ability to thoroughly understand AAPS programs, services, and admission procedures.
- Experience working in a student recruitment capacity is an asset.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as HubSpot.
- Flexible to work days, evenings, and occasionally on weekends.
**Responsibilities:**
- Actively engage with prospective students, addressing inquiries, and providing information via email, phone, and in person.
- Showcase the benefits of AAPS programs to positively influence Student Enrollment.
- Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to manage and track student interactions, ensuring a personalized and efficient recruitment process.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' eligibility for programs and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Maintain and update the AAPS educational support software to ensure accurate and current information.
- Process payments and revise invoices as needed.
- Adhere to college policies, including privacy and confidentiality.
- Demonstrate flexibility by being available to work days, evenings, and weekends occasionally.
