about this team
The NA Campaign Styling Team is responsible for executing the elevated look and feel of lululemon in all NA campaigns. We are experts in industry trends and bring a unique point-of-view to athletic styling that allows lululemon’s brand identity to shine through. Our imprint as a team touches all projects that are guest facing from a Brand Creative lens across North America.


a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Leads & manages a team of Campaign Stylists. Enrols team in Lululemon brand guidelines, provides styling direction and educates on guidelines for seasonal colour theory. Ensure on set styling is industry leading and consistently answers to the design, brand & marketing vision.
  • Strategizes and collaborates with the Senior Styling Manager on the unilateral look & feel of seasonal style outs, leveraging industry trends and Lululemon’s unique point-of-view on colour theory execution.
  •  Collaborates with cross functional partners to ensure business and creative goals of each photoshoot are met, while maintaining exceptional brand and visual standards.
  •  Drives inspiring and on-brand styling for all NA Campaigns and Weeklies photoshoots.
  • Collaborates with Senior Styling Manager on styling budget, resourcing and work flow processes.
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams on style outs for all shoots. Leads pre-shoot fit sessions & is quick to incorporate cross functional feedback in the moment.
  •  Directs hair & makeup guidelines for all campaign shoots on a seasonal basis.
  • Works in partnership with marketing & merchandising to understand business impact of styling decisions.
  •  Is flexible and driven to adjust styling to positively affect UPT and conversion.
  • Communicates effectively and efficiently with all cross-functional partners and business contacts.
  • Promotes a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration on all projects.
  • Willing to travel extensively for campaign shoots.

qualifications

  • 5-7year experience in styling for either e-commerce or editorial.
  • Experience in the fashion and apparel industry at a medium-to-large retail company.
  • Processes strong computer skills – proficient in PowerPoint, keynote, excel and word.
  • Has experience leading a team of individuals.
  • Comprehensive understanding of industry trends for both fashion and athletic apparel. 
  • Ability to leverage fashion knowledge to drive seasonal style trends in the athletic landscape.
  • Thorough understanding & experience of photoshoot production in editorial and campaigns.

Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role. 

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $107,500 - 141,100  annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

workplace arrangement

This role is classified as Hybridunder our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
