SalaryResponsibilities:
Provides receptionist services, answers telephone inquiries/direct visitors.
Manages Student Records/Registrations in PowerSchool and Student Record File Maintenance.
Prepares letters, forms, manuals, and correspondence as requested by school administrators.
Maintains and respects confidentiality of students and school personal information.
Complies with and supports Division and school policies and procedures.
Process incoming/outgoing Mail, courier, post office pick-up/deliveries.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the school administrators.
Education:
High School Diploma/Equivalent
Working knowledge of computer applications (Google mail/docs/Microsoft applications) is a must
Experience or knowledge of PowerSchool is an asset
