We are looking for FOH all-stars to join our team and create a stellar customer service experience.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and delivery
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain a sanitary work environment
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Smart Serve preferred
