Summer student - Capability Building
Start Date from May 6 to August 30, 2024
• The successful candidate will play a ket rôle in the design phase of our Field Force Onboarding project (ex. onboarding of new sales reps).
• The Field Force Onboarding project is currently underway, and comprises a cross-functional team of 20 associates across various departments, who are co-creating the commercial onboarding program for the future.
• We are seeking a Summer student with graphic design skills to re-design our current and future project assets (ex. playbooks, digitial tools, etc.) with a fresh and consistent look, to maximize the engagement experience for new field force associates.
• There is also an opportunity to have impact on the technology side of the project, as we are investigating the use of generative AI, so a background in tech would be an asset (but not required).

• Graphic/digital design skillset (ex. familiar with digital design concepts, tools, platforms)
• Fluent in both English and French
• Positive attitude, coachable, and works well in a team environment
• Displays a strong work ethic
• Bonus if the candidate has a technology background with an understanding of generative AI
