As an equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) student intern, you will be responsible for supporting the EDI team in its mandate to implement iA’s EDI strategy. Are you a committed ally who wants to have a real impact on the organization’s culture and evolution? We have an opportunity for you!

Your work will consist of:

·         Supporting the various employee resource groups (ERGs) in their day-to-day activities

·         Contributing to the implementation of ongoing EDI initiatives (training, events, newsletter, etc.)

·         Supporting the EDI team with administrative tasks (EDI inbox management, communications, budget management, etc.)

·         Supporting data research, monitoring EDI trends and best practices, providing advice and recommendations

You’re the person we’re looking for if:

·         Degree in progress in administration, human resources, EDI communications or any other relevant discipline

·         Understanding and/or interest in North American EDI issues

·         Excellent command of French and English (oral and written) for frequent interaction with internal and external French- and English-speaking colleagues or partners across Canada

·         Available from May to the end of August (35 hours/week)
