• Project Title: PSP Patient Journey Mapping and Identification of Opportunities
• Overview: Conduct a Kaizen for each of our PSP patient journeys and focus on areas of opportunity to improve KPIs
• Key Collaborators: PSP Ops, Reporting, Strategy, Commercial teams
• Key objectives/desired outcomes: Improve identified metrics of opportunity (e.g., Time to Drug)
• What does good look like at the end of the summer: All internal PSP patient journeys mapped. Key bottlenecks identified.
