Records Information Management (2 Picton)

You will use your attention to detail and organizational skills to help digitize our files by vetting the files, scanning, uploading, and verifying them in electronic format.

• Students enrolled in a College or University program in a field related to the position
• Between the ages of 15 and 30 at the start of employment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and demanding environment
• Excellent relationship-building, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work professionally in a team environment
• Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office
• Valid driver’s license and daily use of a vehicle with $1,000,000 auto liability insurance
• Ability to provide a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check/Criminal Record Check upon hire

The rate of pay for these positions is $18.38 an hour for 35 hours a week.
