Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist where needed in restaurant whether it be cooking, assembling, or packaging food orders.
• Ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered to customers.
• Oversee and manage crew members productivity including completion of assigned tasks.
• Address employee conflicts, scheduling issues, or complaints that arise during shift.
• Act as a leader when orders are being completed to ensure fast and accurate service is being provided.
• Ensure crew members can adequately complete tasks throughout shifts by reporting any issues that require further discussion.
• Receiving orders
• Training new employees.
• Complete shift reports

To be an Odd Burger supervisor you will...:

• Have a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude when interacting with other crew members. You will be their mentor and support if they have any issues.
• Be honest and trustworthy.

• Understand of the best way to do things in the restaurant and how to problem solve when things go wrong.
• Have the ability to calmly multi-task and communicate during busy periods in the restaurant.
• Have patience and a clear way of explaining the operation as you will be training staff on new processes and procedures while continuing to be a team player.
• Effectively manage a team and ensure that crew members are assigned to appropriate tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $18.05 per hour
