Reporting to the Maintenance Execution Superintendent, the Contractor Management Supervisor is accountable for safe, cost-effective utilization of contractor resources across Redwater Nitrogen Operations (RNO).

This position is responsible for coordinating contract resources to site, and ensuring all Nutrien end user departments (Maintenance, Projects, Outage, TA) are efficiently managing contract resources per Contractor Management Standards. The Contract Maintenance Supervisor works closely with Strategic Procurement on contract development, MSA’s, CQP’s and amendments. This position facilitates feedback and performance evaluations to contractors on behalf of RNO regarding Safety, Quality, Cost, and Innovation.

What you will do:

• Manage and oversee Contractor Management at Redwater Nitrogen Operations, resource allocation and contracts,
• Requisitioning and optimization of all contract resources
• Facilitate contractor feedback on behalf of all departments
• Work collaboratively with Strategic Procurement to effectively manage contractor relations
• Collaborate with site departments to determine priorities, as well as how to best allocate available resources
• Support safe & reliable work execution

What you will bring:

• Highschool Diploma
• Journeyperson Trade Certificate and/or a Technical Diploma or Degree from a recognized institute
• 8+ years of experience in an industrial environment
• Possess an in-depth understanding of Nutrien's Work Management System
• Solid understanding of SAP and Microsoft Office
