This summer role is responsible for providing leadership to seasonal staff. You will ensure implementation and compliance of health and safety, customer service, continual training, grounds maintenance and ordering product. This position requires weekend and holidays and includes either opening or closing shifts.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Direct, coordinate, and execute safe and efficient, day to day operations
- Report any health and safety issues in equipment or facilities immediately
- Continually coaching and training employees to ensure completion of all assigned tasks
- Compliance with all safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the health and safety program
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be able to work weekends
- Have a valid Ontario driver’s license with reliable transportation to and from work
- Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be extremely responsible and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

Salary: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 44 per week
