About the Role

Reporting into the Operations Manager, Day Shift Supervisor/ Manager will be responsible for leading the daily activities of a busy work team on the go to different sights. This is a key role in our Operations team, finding better, smarter, more cost-efficient ways to get things done and must be able to create momentum and excitement to implement change.

We are looking for an experienced person who will act as the Operations Manager's right-hand and back-up. Somebody who will have proven ability to drive change operates in a fast-paced challenging environment, adapt and react quickly, and inspire others to do the same.

You should be a proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter, able to identify areas for improvement and implement them in a timely manner. Previous experience is an asset.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday,

Experience: Pressure washing: (preferred but not needed)

Class G Licence (preferred) and clean driving record

Must have your own car

Requirements

Lead the daily operations

Planning and executing workload based on various schedules.

Experience and interest in training and leading people

Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations; safety champion

Experience with continuous improvement asset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Calm demeanor and strong problem-solving skills

Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing abilities

Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook/Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time

Knowledge of high pressure washing systems

Attention to detail lockout and tag outs of electrical and hydraulic equipment· utilize scraping tools, industrial cleaners and power washers

clean complete range from condominium/apartment Garbage Chutes, Compactors and Bins

clean commercial grocery store garbage compactors and bins

manage paperless work orders

It is a dirty job but you are the example of skill and strength to get the job done. It’s something that needs to get done.

We supply all the proper PPE and days usually run on a routine schedule.

Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
