Support Specialist - Channel Sales

Reporting directly to the Channel Sales Manager, the Support Specialist - Channel Sales will be responsible for developing our relationship with distributors and external sales representatives to identify and recruit potential resellers within the trade channel. On top of this main function, the specialist will also own the order and return request process, data analysis and sales metrics initiatives, as well as assisting retailers with general inquiries, product information and promotional materials. This is a fast paced and dynamic role for someone who is passionate about achieving results and seeing the continued success of our product!

Note: This is a hybrid position is based in St. John's, NL. There is a requirement to be in the office for at least 2 days per week.
