Support Staff for The Food Dudes (Osler Bluff Ski Club Caterer)

Osler Bluff Ski Club’s in-house caterer, Food Dudes is looking for a Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper.

This position offers a dynamic role with the flexibility to undertake various responsibilities, including but not limited to busser, bartender, cashier, server, and kitchen hand based on operational needs.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service consistently throughout daily interactions.

• Provide support in different roles, including busser, kitchen hand, cashier, server or bartender as required.
• Foster a positive and collaborative workplace environment.
• Assist to restocking The Food service area and ensure polished and frequent restocking of all cutleries.
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including tables and counters.
• Assist in the setup, execution, and teardown of events.
• Accurately enter all guest-purchased products, being accountable for The operation.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the products offered.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety procedures as outlined in company policy.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong judgement skills.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Must be physically able to push and pull and to shovel snow.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have a valid Smart Serve certificate

Wage: from $16.55 to $20 ( Based on experience) + controlled tips
