To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING & EVOLVING we are looking for a Support Team Manager. The successful candidate can work from any of our Pattison Agriculture locations & will work in conjunction with all departments to identify ways to improve communication with our customers & streamline our companys centralized business functions as required.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure employees provide exemplary customer service
-Assist with the setup & maintenance of our call ticketing system
-Identify ways to improve communication between internal & external stakeholders.
-Report metrics associated with the usage, success,& challenges associated with the call support system & the Centralized Customer Support department.
Collaborate with all departments to identify where the Centralized Customer Support department can offer an extension of their services
Become a lead trainer of John Deeres aftermarket initiatives as the needs are identified
Become a lead trainer of our other product lines as the need is identified
Ensure our business system data is maintained accurately & aligns with all other systems data entry requirements
Participation in meetings & training initiatives
Manage inside sales support for outside AOR customers
Requirements
10+ years of experience (in customer-facing managerial role)
Vocational/technical training in Red Seal Technician certification is considered an asset
Customer call/support center experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficient on computers & Microsoft Office suite applications
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems & practices
Knowledge of John Deere Dealer Technical Assistance Center
Overall inventory management
