```Duties```
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
- Engage in conversation and provide companionship to promote social interaction.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up living spaces.
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's physical or mental condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors or healthcare professionals.
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration and experience with dementia care is highly desirable.
- Ability to provide compassionate care and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or client needs.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
