Reporting to the Maintenance Planning Supervisor, you will be part of the Stationary Maintenance Planning Team. The Electrical Planner will be responsible for supporting the Maintenance team to ensure the safe and continuous operation of the site, including the processing and hoisting plants. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
- Managing electrical work orders including creating, updating, and closing work orders;
- Managing preventive work orders including, assisting in scheduling, PM creation, and work order changes as required;
- Manage electrical material orders including parts follow up, staging parts, work with suppliers and associated documentation for warehousing;
- Preparing reports for budget purposes and maintenance KPI’s;
- Assist with project planning;
- Coordinate and plan electrical PPE and associated gear testing (Arc flash, gloves, ground cluster, etc.)
- All other duties that may be assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Electrical trade or certification, or;
- College graduate of maintenance planning program, or;
- Maintenance technician/technologist, or;
- Electrical EIT;
- Proficient with maintenance associated software and Microsoft office (excel, word, etc.);
- 5 years experience with maintenance planning;
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
YOUR WORK SCHEDULE:
- Schedule: 4/3 schedule at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON.
